- I am 31 going on 13! I am a huge nerd who loves all things pop culture! I am silly and crazy and goofy most of the time...but I find myself spending more and more time with my "serious" side lately. I teach 7th-9th grade students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders in the Midwest. I seriously have the best job ever, I absolutely LOVE what I do! I am married to a meteorologist/runner; we have been married for over 6 years and we have been together for 12.5 years. We really want to become a family and have jumped through lots of hoops to make that happen! We have abandoned the path of trying to have our own biological child after too many emotional months spent trying to concieve in a Dr.'s office. Currently, we are in the process of adopting though the foster care system! I am so excited to become a mom!! We are anxious to see where God takes us!
